Louis Feldstein is the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Change Solutions. Lou is a master when it comes to strategic planning, motivating staff, thoughtful leadership and successful fundraising. Yes, he’s a creative and innovative thinker. But he’s also uniquely sensitive to his clients’ needs, because he’s been in their shoes as the leader of large and small, multifaceted organizations during challenging times.

Lou’s deep operations management experience means he knows how to solve complex problems within organizations. He gets the tensions between operations and innovation, as well as professional and volunteer leadership. Lou has led both established organizations and created a new, nationally recognized agency. He’s spearheaded countless successful programmatic and operational change efforts. His results? Increased revenue, more efficient governance, more successful programs, and better operational systems.

Experience: Lou’s experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for JFGA, a metropolitan Atlanta-based organization that distributes over $30 million annually. There, he created and directed new fundraising, marketing and fund-distribution strategies which boosted annual and planned giving.

His past experience includes a leadership role as Southeast and South Florida Regional Director and the Associate Vice President for Research and Development at UJC, an international development organization that raises over $2 billion a year. Lou earlier spent fifteen years as CEO of several campus and young-adult outreach organizations, providing nationally recognized, award-winning programs. He’s dealt with bureaucracy, difficult economic environments, challenging governance systems, and budget constraints.

Credentials: Lou is a published writer, management consultant, and public speaker. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia Theological Seminary and as a guest lecturer at Emory University. An ordained rabbi, he received a Master of Arts from HUC-JIR and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
